Pricing

We offer both reasonable hourly and flat rates. Our goal is to keep costs down. We charge based upon the skill-level required for the work we perform.

Flat-Rate:
Flat-rate pricing varies by the size and complexity of the problem.

Hourly:
$100 per hour

Guarantee:
All work performed is guaranteed for 14 days from the completion of the work. The warranty covers all service and workmanship required to make repairs.  (Does not cover additional hardware, software, or cables.)

Terms of Payment:
Golden Helpdesk guarantees satisfaction.  We will not ask for payment until the all of the goals of the estimate are  met. Customers may pay by check, money order, cashier's check, or PayPal.
