Q: Do you offer service to the entire Metropolitan DC Area or just Montgomery County?
A: We provide service to Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.  Clients in closest proximity to Montgomery County will receive priority service. We are currently expanding operations to other locations so that we can offer faster support and response time.

Q: Do you provide free on-site estimates?
A: Yes. We will come to your home or office and give you an on-site estimate, schedule permitting. Please contact us to schedule your free estimate.

Q: Does Golden Helpdesk specialize in business or residential services?
A: Both. Golden Helpdesk provides ongoing corporate network and web site support as well as various residential services.

Q: I would like a wireless network set up. Where do I start?
A: Contact Golden Helpdesk to schedule an appointment for your free on-site estimate. We will assess your current computer setup, then recommend the hardware and software to purchase. We will recommend the most cost-effective setup based upon our years of experience and knowledge of the latest technology. After all of the equipment is purchased, we will examine individual requests from the users of the network. We will discuss security, distance, file sharing, print sharing, and all other variables before deciding together on a detailed plan for your network. Golden Helpdesk will ensure that each user feels comfortable using the wireless network before our job is finished!
